MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Nexus Forge LLC (“Nexus Forge,” “we,” or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Nexus Forge LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Nexus Forge LLC will not share your contact phone number with any other parties

1. Program Description

We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program.

  • Promotional messages advertise and promote our services, including business development, IT solutions, and special offers.

  • Transactional messages include notifications related to ongoing transactions, order updates, and appointment reminders.

Mobile messages may be sent using automated technology, including autodialers or automatic telephone dialing systems. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 10 messages per month. You agree that messages may be sent from different telephone numbers or short codes for marketing and other purposes.

We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program. However, standard message and data rates may apply as per your mobile provider's terms.

2. User Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you voluntarily opt into the Program and agree to receive recurring messages from Nexus Forge LLC. These messages will be sent to the phone number you provided, even if it is on a state or federal “Do Not Call” list.

You affirm that the phone number provided is valid and under your ownership or control. If your number changes or you no longer control it, you must notify us at support@nexusforge.com immediately.

Participation in the Program does not require a purchase and is entirely voluntary.

3. User Opt-Out and Support

You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply with one of the following keywords: STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message, and the request will be processed promptly. If you wish to rejoin the Program, sign up again as you did initially.

If we change our messaging number or short code, we will notify you. Any requests sent to an outdated number or short code may not be honored.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas or at all times. Nexus Forge LLC and its service providers are not liable for any delays, failures, or misdirected delivery of mobile messages.

5. Modifications

We may modify or cancel the Program or its features at any time. Updates to these Mobile Messaging Terms will be posted on our website, and changes will take effect immediately. You are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
